What are the shipping whaiting times for your products?


it takes 24 hours to process your order however, the product beingin a  very strong demand in thisperiod of the year our products generally take between 10 and 15 days to be delivered according to your address.

Our offices are located in Nice, France. However, our warehouses ship internationally from 5 locations: France, United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Singapore.


I still have not received my order. What takes so much time?


We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can instead trace your order and see where it is at any time. Do you provide tracking / tracking information for the product?


Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking / tracking information.
